De ware Slow Foodie is immers ook wildplukker: wij plukken onkruid in plaats van het te wieden. Paardenbloem, brandnetel, vogelmuur: het is allemaal eetbaar en lekker. Zevenblad is zo'n typische woekerplant die moeilijk uit te roeien is. Maak van je nadeel je voordeel en eet dat onkruid!
